Small businesses lose work to calls they can't answer. The owner is mid-job, the phone rings out, and the caller moves on to whoever picks up next. Most won't leave a voicemail — they just leave.

So we set ourselves a studio brief: build a service that answers every call, handles the conversation properly, books the work into the diary, and confirms it — so the owner's only job is to look at the calendar. Then run it as our own product, not a client deliverable.

    Voice agent

    An AI voice agent that answers like a receptionist — every call, including several at once. Nobody holds, nobody hits voicemail, and emergencies are flagged for escalation to a human.

    Calendar & booking

    The agent books real appointments straight into the business's calendar, with SMS and email confirmations sent to the caller — the booking exists before the call ends.

    CRM & automation

    Every call is logged against a contact, with automated reminders, follow-ups and escalation flows — the admin runs without anyone touching it.

  4. 04

    Marketing site

    The brand, the public site, the demo and the missed-call calculator — the front door that sells the service is ours too, built in the same hands that built the product.

    Billing & trial

    Subscription billing with a free trial, so a business can hear it answering their own calls before they pay a penny.
